Left me home when you knew brewin’ was a storm,
The light it flashed, that’s not the norm,
The noise it was tremendous,
A rumble of a proportion I never did hear before,
I tried Daddy; I really tried to keep my form…
Laid in your bed,
Pulling the blankets over my head,
Just as you told me, yeah, you said,
It smelled just like you were there,
All I needed more was to have your touch,
I was also so worried about you driving in that storm,
It really was a big one, just way, way too much…
