No way for it to break,

The only way is to take,

This day, this week, this month, my life,

Off of work, overdosing on drugs and cake…

Though you shouldn’t allow yourself to mistake,

This headache for anything more than what it is,

Sinus and allergies have been plaguing me of late,

Claritan & antihistamines work, but not for long, I do not fake…

So living with it, at home rather than at work and driving,

So much easier than forcing myself to take,

All those pills, washed down with coffee, as caffeine does make,

For me, the pain goes away, for a short time, anyway…

Later on in the day, to the doctor for an allergy shot,

Her office is at the shore today too, an extra added bonus,

For Rufuz and I can get to the beach, to the ocean air,

Which will put out of reach, my sinus problems for again a short time, anyway…
