Early, The Best Time to Write

Okay so maybe I will take that time off I needed this weekend, so you're stuck with me another two days...:)

Early, The Best Time to Write…

So early it be, here underneath my tree,

Dark as pitch, on the tree let me scratch my itch,

What to do when I awake at this time?

I just look for things to write that ultimately rhyme…J

Peace I cannot find in this place of late,

Hope to find it elsewhere, placed upon my plate,

But in reality, if peace cannot be found here,

Then where, as going far away seems to make things worse,

Will most likely finally realize, I can get everything I need, near…J

Oh hell, yes I realize it now, but I just must go away, just for the fact,

I already did do and made with myself and Rufuz a pact,

To get away at least one day this coming weekend, Saturday & Sunday,

Giving us both one day at the beach and another just a fun day…J

I hope AD is "stuck" with you for a long time, Ed.
But enjoy your sabbatical, wherever you are!
