Have you ever TRIED to be Funny? (writing humor or anything is fun)

Trying to be funny is like trying not to get older,

It does not come like that; age is part of growth,

Funny is part of being you, being for the most part bolder,

Wish I could just get past the part where I seem to always feel colder…

For me to write funny stuff,

I must just let it flow, allowing my internal fluff,

To just overflow and stream out awash in the buff,

When in reality my humor is most of the time just more than a bluff…

Unless you do have the ability to write so funny,

Or to make babies and your wife happy like a bunny,

Unless you are infinitely happy on days that are not sunny,

Or maybe dark and depressed on days you have no money,

Then you will never know the pleasure of just writing for fun,

Making the world much happier in the process, rather than just you, the only one…
