UNSURE…

Unsure today as to my direction,

Know do I where I have been,

Not sure where I do be heading,

Am I being redundant or do I repeat?

My last poem was very much the same,

More questions herein for the self seem lame…?

Hopefully my direction will not falter,

North, south, east, west, my direction does not alter,

My feelings that I have today made me feel depressed,

I hold them in for the most part, yes I do repress,

Not good for the soul or mind to do so,

But sometimes I just sit here and worry myself into a frazzle,

Knowing today my life will not be much of a dazzle…

If I do not work, perhaps a drive to the sea is in order,

Maybe there at the oceans edge I can remedy my internal disorder,

Wish I could; wish I might, become with the ocean a permanent boarder…

Yes you need to talk to her...She is always there to listen to you. You always feel better when you talk to her. Just feel the stiff breeze on your face, listen to the waves breaking on the shore, walk on the sand (better not take off ur shoes...lol), sit on the sand & pour out ur heart to her....Then take Rufus for a walk or throw a ball, go & visit with Lien. What a wonderful day to be alive! Just remember: My love is always with you too, so you are never alone!

Ilove you....Rene' xxoo

When I was in the Florida Keys, I would stand at the edge of the surf until the incoming waves buried my feet in the sand. Very peaceful. I always go back to that memory when I really need to relax.

Future: The Spiritual Story of Humanity by Glenn Martin

Histories of the world are generally written to either celebrate technology and science, or to herald doom. My book examines the path of the spirit in the onward rush.
