Poets Humanitarian Aid…

I did recently explain,

That I might disappear,

But more so right now,

It looks as though I may become lost in red tape…

But between that time and now,

Another poet of great vision and looks, oh wow,

Did offer to cover for me a whole year membership,

I really did thank her; she really put me on a happy trip…

So from now on when a poet is helped by another,

We must in her honor call it “Poet Humanitarian Aid,” oh brother,

Because it is how she did phrase it to me, it being her idea you see,

I won’t tell you who she is, but I will say she made my night just last,

She did humble me and make me speechless,

And I know you all find that to be shocking, that I cannot express,

So let me just herein cry and my tears I will not suppress…
