Non-conformist…
They who do not conform,
Though they sometimes on their knees perform,
Sometimes they are a beautiful art form,
Therein they have to change and transform…
To follow in the footsteps of their guru,
They must first adhere to the law of the giver,
For they do become baptized in the blood river,
Cold it is so much, they do quiver…
The messenger does cometh,
They do believe on him as they do succumbth,
To his power, his strength but he is scum,
Don’t follow his path, don’t be a conformist

Conformity is for those with no imagination. They want to "fit in" and be "accepted"... validated. Phooey! Van Gogh, Einstein, Beethoven, and the Wright Brothers... all nonconformists, all laughed at, all criticized.
