Rufuz is my muze…

When writing on Nature,

Rufuz is my muze,

He does stand in the wind,

With his nose raised,

Trying to catch a scent,

He does have so much fun,

Playing in the snow with me,

He runs all around and hides his face,

Thinking I suppose that I am unable to him see,

He is happy all the time, while with me he seems content…

When writing something humorous,

Rufuz is my muze,

He does make me laugh,

When he hides behind a tree,

He makes me smile when he talks to me,

When I get home at night, he jumps up on my bed,

And talks and talks till I take him out for his walk,

He is here to help me keep sane, not going out of my head…

When writing on a philosophical tangent,

Rufuz is my muze,

He seems to know all there is to know,

From a doggies point of view,

Its almost like his thought processes are mine,

He is here to help keep me from getting the bluez,

He does lay with me when I am taking a snooze,

He tells me all he does know; never do I get confuzed,

He does share his knowledge without malice,

Never would I call him callous…

Rufuz does share his thoughts,

He does share his own personal muze,

So, me, his daddy can take note and uze,

All that he tells me of his life, never does he show he is distraught…
