...OR HUMOR, I KNOW NOT...?

Poem Artwork

I try not to be too long of wind,

For I find it hard to read or listen to same,

No matter how much notoriety or fame,

For to do it myself, to myself I would have sinned…

Too long though do I sit here and ponder,

Thinking of what lies just over the horizon out yonder,

Don’t want of my money to overly squander,

Just want to use what I can when over the horizon I wander…

Out of breath & thoroughly out of wind,

I feel for my life I should be at least a little chagrined,

I don’t speak in long winded, pompous oratories,

Though I do find of past poetry I may have grinned…J

You're full of wind Ed, just got to concentrate on how you want to use it, or which end. That inner harbor area has changed a great deal. It is a fun place, and you better have an arm and leg to spend in some of the shops, funny funny funny

I grin at the sense you made in this one, Ed...and I agree...
the shorter the better at times...
But I am speaking of poetry, of course.

Future: The Spiritual Story of Humanity by Glenn Martin

Histories of the world are generally written to either celebrate technology and science, or to herald doom. My book examines the path of the spirit in the onward rush.
