Zen & the Art of Writing Reviews…

My reviews sometimes say more than I want,

Try like hell do I to make them friendly & laughable,

I have little intelligence to readily flaunt,

Still I try to be as much as possible nonchalant…

Other times my reviews sometimes say less than I desire,

Tis’ better to write these comments when I am much higher,

I find sometimes trying to be intellectual I get stuck in a mire,

Gotta just be myself & write what I want without being a liar…

So if my reviews/comments seem to make no sense,

Remember the part of my brain it does come from, the part most dense,

But to speak herein in my own somewhat worthless defense,

Please when I do write you a review, don’t take from it any offense…

Ed, I couldn't agree more! The lines that hit home for me were;

"I find sometimes trying to be intellectual I get stuck in a mire,
Gotta just be myself & write what I want without being a liar…"

that is all any of us could hope for.

Peace,
Dan
