Granted he’s no Turbo dog,
Of Ed Kostro’s fame,
But he does some funny things,
All the same…
He plays with his treats,
With his paws he pushes them around,
He picks them up and throws them,
Before he eats them on the ground…
He tells his dad he wants out,
With a look at the door and back,
He sleeps on the couch,
But gets off before I do him see,
I find furry piles, giving me no doubt…
Of course he chases squirrels & cats,
But what would he do if actually caught one,
I have no idea, nor, I’ll wager does he,
For both he actually seems to try to climb,
Up a tree & stands on his legs behind…
Well, like I said, he may not be a Turbo dog,
But smart I think he actually may be,
He never walks on a leash, always he is free,
And he stays with his dad, never does he wander,
He also with me watches TV, causing me to ponder…
