I feel for you so much. Rufus isn't just a pet, he's part of your family, he's your heart. Is there ANY way you can move to a place where Rufus won't be banned, a place he can live with you. I am sure he missed you as much as you miss him. I have a precious little dog, and I can only imagine the pain of being separated. Keep us posted, my friend. I think of you and Rufus alot and pray for your situation.

Rufuz is a joy and where ever he is I'm sure he missed you too. I miss Rufuz. Glad you are writing!

At the risk of sounding only slightly callous, for I do know you love Rufus and miss him, it comes throught very well in this write, however...when you are well enough maybe a visit to the local animal shelter will find you not a replacement for Rufuz but a new friendly little companion that could use a new home and a lot of love. Just a suggestion old friend.

I know you miss Rufuz, Ed; that goes without saying. I miss my own kitties; where we live, we can have birds, hamsters, fish, DOGS (under 20 pounds, but still!), but NO cats. Yet some people DO have cats here. I don't think that's fair or right!! Praying for you~
