Up all night I have mostly been,

Whats the difference it ain’t no sin,

Just started to sprinkle quite hard,

On the roof where does live this bard…

Cannot sleep for some reason,

Am I depressed waiting for the spring season,

Not too very outside or in for that matter cold,

Maybe my sleeping schedule is off cause I am getting old…?

Rain on the roof does make me sleepy,

Better than having depression making me weepy,

Sleep I would rather be doing, as to sleep is to dream,

Maybe I cannot sleep cause I did too much, before bed, ice cream…?
