Poem Artwork

I really want to believe there is an outside, Because I can see it, that’s why, Though sometimes when I look at it I tend to sigh, And sometimes I miss it so much I cry… A life I lead of reclusivity, It’s only true because I say it, I look out the window and see the day, I stay inside for I fear it in some way… I am reminded of a character in a book, Possibly the “Catcher in the Rye”, I have only come to know one person here, He is a maintenance man, His name is Harry, not Dan or Sam… © ed – (recently)
