Did some bad things when I was young, Things I wish I hadn’t done, Society I paid back, Good karma now I do lack.. Suffering now with urinary pain, Can’t sleep, can’t enjoy life, On me it is a strain, I am really feeling some personal strife… A low grade fever I also have, Wish they made, to make it go away, a salve, Have to go to the urologist to replace my catheter, As in this life I am but a weary traveler… © me – 6/27/14

Sounds like a nasty urinary tract infection. Hopefully your doctor can forestall it for a while. Wearing an internal catheter makes you susceptible to UTIs. Just keep on plugging and before long you'll have a solution for that. Losing sleep can be a bummer because it messes up your thinking.

I hope you will get to your doctor as soon as possible. This sounds like an infection of some sorts because you are running a fever. Please don't delay!
