I am just one of the many senior crazies,
I am but me, myself & I,
I can’t tell you exactly why…
My mind a bore,
Right down to its very core,
Within myself I look for more,
But it does not seem to exist,
Do I really live, I know not,
I truly find it hard to with others coexist…
It's not just you, Ed. I have spoken to many people who are preferring solitude to coexistence more and more - I am also one such person. I find a great many people are taxing to be around.. I have a feeling it happens when our goals change - When we no longer want or need to be part of the rat-race.
