Different from my usual rhyming writes, if u feel it is not right for this audience, let me know...I just had to get it out...

A book I am reading I cannot put down,
I hate the writer because I feel he has done this to me,
At least that has been with it what I’ve found,
I read it till in sleep my eyes just close on their own,
The book drops into my lap, my page lost,
The book has a hold on me, a psychic hold on my soul,
I cannot stop reading it, chapter after chapter,
It drags me on through its pages,
It’s almost like sex, me being held down,
My partner, the book, it won’t let me go till it’s finished,
So many pages I go through in one sitting,
But this is the way the writer had it planned,
They write it that way because they know the feeling is fitting,
So fitting that I had to write myself, to relive the psychic flutter,
I am coming down now, I have reached climax & back to my book I am drawn…
