Further Micellaneous Ramblings From the ID (ed) on WRITING

Just more ramblings from the mind of a writer, desirous of being heard, if nothing else...

                      ---FURTHER MICELLANEOUS

RAMBLINGS FROM THE “ID” (ed) ON

                              WRITING----

More and more this problem writhes its deceptive head before a confused being;

One who delights in egotistical expressions of failures and shortcomings.

But, can such a talent be evaluated, turned into a useful occupational property?

Time after time, at odd hours, inspiration presents itself, without ulterior motive.

There seems to be no practicable answer to the question posed by a latent ability cooped up for want of satisfactory expressions.

Perhaps, in theory, one so gifted (for want of a more modest term) may be able to educate the mind in such a way as to unearth a passive ability with which to work hand in hand.

The rub is again irritated in its endless circle for a solution.

In a world inhabited by fortune hunters (merely to exist today one must assume a role of “success personified”) there appears to be no worthwhile demand for cultural demonstrations for just inner comfort.

Doubtless, there are writers/authors who will be lauded after they leave this earth, but who cannot while earthly possessions be heard above a world intent upon its own destructive purposes.

Knowledge, a word of supreme majesty, is perhaps the most enviable possession when allied with a freedom of dispensation.

How futile the attempt would be to enter upon a dissertation on philosophy or nuclear physics without the proper qualifications.

WRITING IS ITS OWN COMFORT,

QUALIFIED OR NOT…

READ BY THE MASSES OR NOT…

READ BY THE FEW OR JUST RE-READ BY THE WRITER…

Well atleast now I know that when I write, whether qualified or not, I'm okay. *grin* What you write speaks for it's self. One would not have to wonder whether you are qualified. I enjoyed this one too Ed. Lisa
