“GLORY TO COME”

The smallness of life – how long will it be – I hope not too…

Expecting the worst may champion the best

There is no joinder of excellence with filth

But it goes about with faith that no arms are needed to

grasp the idea of light

Ceremonies of forthright vigor, all responding to honorary bigotry.

Anniversary halls are laden with guilt

And enured in pity

Except for dominance physically no one is exempt from torture

If not bodily, then mentally

How come the theory of broadcast civility is endowed in our lifetime?

Why not a later breed?

If we could only realize what’s happening to man –

Perhaps some good may come of reality

But it’s doubtful that greed will be buried

In fact--ridden deeds by conscientious individuals

Who are these aborigines of longevity?

Perhaps cryogenic remains will authenticate a reasonably noble future race!
