Another one written by Rufuz, wish he would just get his own computer and keyboard...he has more a following than I do, LOL!

     “TAG WITH UNCLE SCOTT”

Uncle Scott plays tag with me,

                    Sometimes I win, sometimes he,

I like to make him smile,

Cause I love him so dear.

He thinks very deeply, or so I am told,

But when we play, all I want to do is make him run off those breakfast links,

I am so fast when I run, you can lose me in a blink,

So I slow down for old Uncle Scott,

Else he might find himself having a kink.

I love both my Uncle Scott & Aunt Bobbie,

They always give me something to nibble,

And I try not to dribble on Aunt Bobbie’s rugs,

As I know she would be upset if my crumbs attracted bugs.

Suffice it to say, I miss both something terrible…

I'm glad you speak for him! I had a canine companion for sixteen years, his name was Bubba. A shepard/dobie. He used to talk to me all day, you know, with his eyes. Always asking when he was going to eat, or when we were going to go for a walk on the beach. Until the very end, then the talking stopped.(

As always, Rufus, you did a fine job (and you can dribble on my rugs any time). Miss you, too . . . (and so does Spookey & Uncle Scott)

In the Whirlwind by Tichaona Chinyelu

In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!
