"POOR OLE' TIRED RUFUZ"

(Daddys writing this for me as I can't lift a paw to type...)

Boy, did I have fun today,
I played with Charles, Nicholas,& James,
Yeah, they ran me ragged, but it was so much fun & never the same,
They treated me like another kid,
And that I liked, but I sure overdid.

Daddy took me to the beach after dinner,
And I hardly wanted to leave the car,
But I can't pass up the beach,
With all the good smells I can reach.

Afterwards we drove home & I slept all the way,
But boy I sure enjoyed my stay,
But, Dad? Could we wait a bit till the next time you let me play with the boys,  
As by then I will have gotten some sleep,
And will be ready, by then, to leap!
