“RUFUZ IS ENLIGHTENED”

Rufus is more enlightened than I,

He can look at the blue sky,

And tell you why,

Could it be to become a dog is the end all of reincarnating lives?

His last life here with me now,

Is a life of leisure,

And giving me a lot of pleasure,

To keep me in line,

To help my life to go along fine,

Yes, to help me tow the line.

Rufuz will never actually be mine,

His life is his and he knows this,

Not even when he is so old that he can’t do for himself,

Hope that time never comes till long after he is nine…
