Time To Take Dad for a Walk…

Dad is usually pretty good,

At taking me for walks,

Sometimes though, they are too short,

Cause Dad never wears a hood.

When it’s cold outside,

He should dress accordingly,

Or he will get sick,

And he will get cold on his hide.

I come prepared for every eventuality,

As I have my own fur coat,

Yes, Dad says I leave most of it in the vacuum,

In the fall, just prior to winter,

But that is the way dogs are, so take note.

No daddy, I am not a slob,

Stop being such a snob,

Just cause I burp and fart,

Doesn’t mean you don’t,

And yours are much more odiferous,

From both ends for that matter,

So I don’t want to hear you grouse…
