Look Dad, I Can Almost Fly…

I can almost fly when I jump so high,

I love to make you laugh, so its high I jump,

But sometimes landing is hard on my rump,

That it almost makes me cry.

But as long as you’re happy, Dad,

I will forever try to keep right on flying,

Even when you’re kinda sad,

I like to try to fly, as it brightens up your eyes,

And that makes me so happy, to see you glad.

You know I love to go to the beach with you and mom,

Especially mom as she brings with her treats & water,

Not to say that I don’t have fun with you,

No way, I like having you there to attack & shake the water on…
