PREMONITION…

Such as the name, has pervaded my psyche,

This very night, yes this eve,

I feel as if I may not come home from my short work drive,

Only four or five hours at most,

But for some reason, I feel I am about to meet the holy host…

Well, sure hope I am ready, if this is to occur,

Sure hope I know whatever it is I need to,

As if not, I will be back in another life, and so,

Onto work, for my short drive,

Onto death if that is where I am heading,

Hope to sleep wherever I go, if they got soft bedding…

If I should die before I make,

It home tonight, who will take?

Rufuz, my puppy, my friend, my buddy, for my sake,

Boy would I miss Rene & Rufuz & Sinders,

And the folks I have met thru my writings here at AD…

Have never had this feeling before,

Well not this strong, and for this long,

Hopefully, Kay in the deep down under sees,

How this feeling is cutting deep into my private eves…

With her abilities, maybe she can intervene,

And see me safely home this night,

I dearly hope that she can or at least might,

Must go now, as the time to see the light, seems to approach…
