Location, Location, Location…

Not much to look at,

Two bedrooms, no more,

Flat roof, standing on pilings,

Too close to the ocean, hard to insure,

But worth a bundle of cash, for sure…

Its location, on the point of Strathmere,

Looking out into the east northeast,

Can see Atlantic City, from its decks,

Twenty or so miles away, so clear…

But for me, it would be home, if I could pay,

But unfortunately, I am too poor to afford,

Such a beautiful place to meditate and,

Observe the power of Nature at its closest…

So location is the main selling point here,

On the beach, on the end of the island,

No more homes to its north, only water & sand,

I have known all the owners up till recently,

Giving them the help I could,

Giving them my friendships hand…
