Just something to keep my hand in...

Sequestered…

In my home on wheels,

You would not think I am as such,

But looking at it from my point of view,

That is relatively it pretty much…

To be sequestered, one is supposed to be isolated,

That is the way I am here in my little home, slightly insulated,

I find myself, in times of happiness, to be almost elated,

In times of depression, I guess I would be just one of the many…

I don’t find myself to be in another way, sheltered,

Maybe in reality, just separated from the norm,

But any relation of this little home of mine being a sepulcher,

Is purely in your mind, not mine, we both live here and keep each other warm…

This is really good, Ed: it reflects a man satisified with what he has and that is all that God asks of us~~ More in Jesus, less in things. Well done! ~~BonnieQ

Wonderful! Ed, sometimes being isolated from others and being by yourself and enjoying the serenity is worth more than anything. I like that and do that all the time.
