People do not want to talk about aging.
Why?
We all age if we live long enough.
Aging is a life long process
that starts the day we are born
to as long as we live.
It is inevitable...
so what is to fear?
It is also a learning exercise.
First we have learn to walk and talk.
Then we must learn to sit down and shut up.
Now...
if we can just remember what we learned...
we will all live happlly ever after.
Love the way you inject humor into a serious subject. When I'm subjected to age I just pretend that I don't remember what age I am. Based on the tenor of my poems, I'm from the dark ages and you, humorous one, are from the age of enlightenment! ;-)
