This poem is about me expressing my love for nature. we are not doing our best to protect it. we are gradually destroying the planet we live in. And it is time we take a stand and be more resposible.

Tears In Jesus Eyes

I set myself free,

From that comfy room of mine

I leave the door wide open

And seek shelter under a big dark tree

To a nearby park

Where peace is achievable

And love and hatred do not co-exist.

I listen to the different sounds

With my ears wide open

The peace and tranquillity of the park

Is being interrupted by all sorts of tunes

The siren from the police car

And that of an ambulance from the far distance.

I hear the deep forlorn voice

Of nature crying to be loved

And not be hated and destroy

Its heavy irregular heart beats

Indicate it is being hurt and is bleeding

Even a nurse can’t help! Its life diminishes.

…Tears in his eyes

I watch the beauty

And the uniqueness of nature

Being tinted with dirt and blood

All over its sacred and loving face

I watch it being strangled

And almost choked to extinction.

I see the sad weeping face

Of the creator; I see tears in Jesus eyes

I see tears drifting along his innocent chin

His face redden and fills with hurt.

I see his soft, loving eyes

Roll up showing only white.

I observe that nature is in pain

Is being pounded almost every day

By some selfish lunatics

Who have no tenderness of heart.

It shudders and shivers; this explains - by

Every strange sound from each animal on earth.

I learn that if we continue

Like this, nature will perish - and we’ll be vanish

Because its wellbeing is our health

And its downturn is in our disadvantage.

Now for humanity to live healthy in this planet

We should show more care and loving toward it.
