 I’M SCARED

I’ve got the heebie jeebies.

My heart skipped a beat.

My blood ran cold.

I feel like dead meat.

I’m a bundle of nerves.

My hair’s standing on end.

I’m whistling in the dark,

Not knowing foe from friend.

I’m jumping out of my skin.

I’ve been scared up a tree.

I’ve had the living daylights,

Scared out of me.

I’m shaking in my shoes.

I’m shaking like a leaf.

My knees are knocking,

I’m staring in disbelief.

My heart’s in my mouth.

A shiver ran down my spine.

I broke out in a cold sweat.

It was the end of the line.

I’m scared stiff,

Frozen with fear.

Terrified, petrified,

And thankful………

Halloween only comes once a year.

I am only afeared of the unbeknownst, not knowing what's in the cards, unable to determine the future or for that matter the present & even the past...-e-
