I hear it and sometimes I am shocked.. but not in my home. It just isn't allowed.. but I know it's tough these days for kids because they are bombarded with this....
This is a fact. I know when I listen some of the music of today, especially rap, I turn red-faced at the words. As a parent, I have trouble half the time understanding what my kids say!
i find it sobering to listen to myself speak... my hands do most of the talking and the amount of punctuating erghs and ums and ya knows is alarming... thank God for writing, where you can correct as you go along. Good points, William! :)) xx
The word that comes to mind regarding the people you are talking about is shallow. It does not take a person to speak but a few words to see if there is anything there. I've often thought how sad that is.
