Christmas Bow

Trim for the the package

Out in the vale of midnight and roses
comes to me in memories and poses
a most wonderful thing

On the grounds for which I sing
drops of candy and Christmas wishes
warm and sloppy kisses angels set
to wing

Pickup the spirit which they bring
the entire world is at peace with
love as my heart sets
to bring

Joy of the season Christ is the reason
we are the gifts of the Magi left in joy
each a gift from the father
of the new baby boy

Set the wick watch the magic
oil last for more six days
every heart now employs
special joy

Silver threads dance in the night
soft are the slippers in eternal light
out in the vale of midnight and roses
comes to me in memories and poses
