A cute little poem for children
Doctor Help Me Doctor help me I got ants in my shorts, and my pet frog Sam has given me warts. I hurt my foot when I fell from a tree, scratched my arm and scraped my knee. But you know what hurts me most of all? Jessica Johnson watched me fall. She giggled and starred as I laid in the dirt, I tried to pretend the fall didn't hurt. When she finally stopped starring and went off to play, I stood up real careful and limped away. Doc said "Your injuries soon will heal," "But that won't change the way you feel." "Pride is something we all have to swallow, trust me, I promise it will get better tomorrow." Written by Kathy J Parenteau Copyright © 2000
