I was inspired to write this poem while on my morning walk last fall. The leaves were three different colors and the verses just came to me and I wrote them down when I returned home. I hope you like this poem and thanks for reading it.
God Of All Seasons
When the leaves are turning green
I am with you but not seen
When the leaves are turning brown
I am always hanging around
When the leaves are turning yellow
I am with you feeling mellow
When the leaves are turning red
I am with you like I said
When the leaves turn orange and crinkle
I will be with you in a twinkle
When the leaves are turning to gold
Fall is just about to unfold
When the leaves are the colors of three
And looking beautiful for all to see
Just look in nature and you will see me
With you is where I will always be
