Ooops... just getting this together for my Physio, Claire, later today... She operates out of an old Cricket Pavillion by license of the Club Officers!! Say no more... Will have to quickly remove the pic owing to copyright... technical details here... Seeyalader... K xx

WHY GIRLS CAN'T THROW

Because scrubbing grass stains
from Cricket Whites
ruins their action

Because it's dangerous to pour
The Tea
with your wrong arm

Because you can't clap
The Boys
with only one hand

Because blokes are so rude
about their Square Legs

Because they haven't
Been To Claire
to release their Tightened Trapz! :))

LOLOLOLOL, Kate,

A wonderful ode to your physio. I always thought therapists took 'Torture 101,' mine were tops in their class. My body wasn't meant to be bent in the impossible positions they were asking of it! Truly, they are special people and deserve our thanks. Ask my Dad's physio, Truly. That's her name, Truly Sweet. SERIOUSLY! She's performed a miracle getting Daddy back to health. For her, I am grateful. And to my own, as well, I'm walking because of them. 'Though at the time, I thought they'd kill me!! LOL

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

This was great. Best chuckle yet today. Maybe you can clap the boys with one hand if you clap um in their face! (-:

This is so clever, Kate! I love it. But....I have seen some
girls (?) throw like men. They look like men, too.

Yeah every year it's the same old routine, we sit on the sidelines, and cheer them on, snicker when they go out for a duck, hoot loudly at a homer( over the fence job) and then have to wash the blasted pants.
I have sent one down the pitch with such gusto, it slipped clean through the batters swing, and " GONE" was the echo amid mutterings and rumblings in the guy camp haha, triffic write.
Yeah we cant throw, can we?? MUCH!

Hope the tight traps are released dear Kate, at least to ease that pen of yours to paper. I only accuse myself of throwing like a girl, but heck, I am one, and it never stopped me from sports, just the position I might have played. Didn't hurt my competitive smash either!
Nice to start my day with a taste of your humor!

A wry and sardonic dig or is it pitch at the snobbery and elitism of ye old English cricketing fraternity...
Sounds like someone has their knickers in a twist somewhere...;)
Love it !
