Of what use is a Nation to an individual without a Country, County or Community if the World is not his Collective heritage...

I agree that nations are weakened by turbulence and they easily fall victim thereafter to bad government. In seeking partnerships for aid after the losses of turbulence, your poem suggests that they seek out partnerships with good countries rather than bad. For history has proven that if a country needs cooperation, joining bad countries only leads to worse.
