Some days are longer than others
some moments are that way too
and some moments aren't long enough
but I guess you know that's true

that dresses itself as something important
to distract you from living, using you as a doormat
disappearing like winds blowing through clouds
unable to calm itself, unorderly and unbound
disposing of your day, wasting your time
when wanting to add something useful to life
like the touch of serenity reached out in understanding
relieving you from purposes that are needlessly demanding
to wash away strifes that would rather and will
ruin every minute you give them to steal
followed by a calming that eases the mind
blending in freedoms for imagination to find
the quiet of morning before sunlight rises
amid ambient light in candle glows shining
where soft breathes entices peaceful petals like roses
that fill up the senses with pleasant reposes
relaxing the body into ease from what wearies
massaging into essence all that holds pleasing
the tones of hands touching the softness of skins
releasing the turmoils hid deep within.
