Cadence, I knew nothing of the word, now I see it everywhere
The sound of all I never heard rings everthere. Without definition. The sun slants onto idle music and projects rainbows on my ceiling. I will press my ear to the wall of the soul and listen for melodies. Clues. I feel silence I cannot touch, it hurts. I wish I knew how to play and ease the Nothing that grows into inadequacy. Who will hum for me? Other people’s music soothe my soul’s rhythms much more than my own.
