This lonely hour of four o’clock
When the world seems fast asleep
The sickness overtakes me once again
Till all I want to do is sit and weep
Too weak to even read a book
To while away the lonely night
With one hand pressed against my chest
I sit in the pale screen light
I call to life the worlds new voice
To seek some needed company
But even here the screen is bare
Its lonely silence deafens me
I find the couch and count the hours
The minutes and the seconds too
Till my weary head and heart relax
Its all that I can ever do.

As Steven said tho, we are fragile in our bodies, but the wisdom is knowing that we are, and you dear brother have that wisdom. Great poem Felix, I enjoyed reading it.
May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

It sounds like you are in very good company below...take heart from that...:)
I find a good evening walk makes all the difference..

Nice one...
Well, it is now 3:38 a.m. here in Toronto, Canada; and once again I'm having the insomnia's attack. Hope I'll be able to sleep very soon.
