Fee,
This is a strong poem that I, as well as many others, have experienced in life. The only thing we can do is to pull ourselves up from the floor, dust our knees and go again when sadness strikes.

Ah Dear Felix, I know that promises are broken on a daily routine, and passion do croak, hearts are sadly tormented and tears are shed. But through it all life must go on. I too have seen that empty room time and time again.

I'm not, for the most part, a fan of end-rhyme poetry preferring free verse with internal rhyme and meter instead, but with this particular one you've changed my mind. It's an exceptional poem dear Fee and a lot of work went into it which is obvious. WELL DONE - I APPLAUD YOU!
