Two waking lovers bask in our lovers hideaway

Where each day brings a brand new start

Morning tea served with fresh toothpaste kisses

While we watch the rainbow of the rising sun

Afterwards we’ll make love on weathered deck boards

To the beat of the ocean’s drum

Then stroll across the wild flowers in the meadow

To the warm shifting sand dunes waiting there

Where we can splash our feet in the cold Atlantic

Under a cotton candy sky so much love we’ll share

Then when the moon says goodnight to the day

We’ll retire to our sweet little shack on the seashore

We’ll make love for hours under home made quilts

Making sweet memories to last forever more
