Too many dear friends are now gone

Some moved and some passed away

But I must cherish the ones I have

while I still can right now, today

Lately I have grown in spirit

My inner beliefs are very strong

Myself, I am not afraid to die

For in this world I don’t belong…

But I want to write a bit more

about the love I never knew

He is my Lord and Savior

I trust Him with my life,

a life that’s been renewed

Still life is very tough these days

when so many friends have passed

For we don’t know the time or place

when we will breathe our last…

So we must strive, to do the best we can

We must move forward and see things through

So I pray at the end of every day

“May the Lord keep and bless all of you!”
