If Mark Twain were alive today what would he do? What would he say?

I am not sure, but there are some things I would share if he came my way

First, I would take Mr. Twain fishing in the back of my yard somewhere along the dock

He would like it because the fish are usually biting and if he likes mullet, he'll get alot 

Then I would take Mr. Twain for a ride in my boat and we will travel up Indian Creek

He might enjoy the smooth ride and how it handles, he might think it’s pretty neat

Perhaps he would be pleased at the homes along the river with so many modern designs

But the creek itself is very murky now and not as clean as it was during Indian times

I just might take him to a local seafood eatery where we could enjoy a glass or two

If he lit his pipe he might be asked to put it out but he’d reply, “No way, thank you!”

He might be impressed at the foods and drinks available on the menu

But unhappy about not being able to smoke and gamble wherever he wanted to

If he wrote a new story about Huckleberry Finn’s adventures, it might be frowned upon today

For it would not be “politically correct” and the critics might comment, “There’s no way!”

Still somehow Mr. Twain would get his story out; being so persistent, he would try his very best!

So what would Mr. Mark Twain say and do in the process?

We can only wonder and fill in the blanks _____  _____, for one can only guess…
