A day in the life with my friends on the road....

This one is for you Whoever you are You may not know me But you almost hit my car! No, I am not angry I am not even mad For you did not even see me Now that's pretty sad! I went out for a drive On a fine summer day You cross a lane in front of me Now, that just made my day! We have to drive defensively Do we have any other choice? I could shout a few things out loud But I would probably loose my voice I'll be on the road again soon I hope and pray one day you will find, a friend who will help to slow you down But, friends like that are so hard to find. See ya soon! Beep! Beep! Amen

Statistics show that we have about a 100% chance that we will break ground with every wreck.

Those are the people who will cause an accident on the road and sometimes caused road rage. I'm so glad even in your anger you keep your calmness. Great poem.

Great poem for those of us who have experienced similar circumstances. I was coming home from work one night on a two lane highway and here comes a car headed right at me. I swerved. He got caught. He was intoxicated and had gotten off an on ramp. I pulled over and said a prayer. Drive defensively!! Excellent message!

I told my kids and g-kids, when they started to drive, to drive defensively. There are a lot of idiots on the road. And then remember that they will be said idiots at one one point or another. We all do stupid things on the road. If everybody adopted that attitude, there would be a lot less road rage. Just drive on.
