This was written about the butterfly from a song I heard over the radio and had nothing to do with the song -this came out of me seemly out of no where but it has inspired many--I have used this poem after prayer for a deceased person and it was always appreciated.

Oh! Butterfly

Oh Butterfly! you fly so high
On fragile wings into the sky

You once were so very small
You really were nothing at all

Now look at you so beautiful
You are a creature so subline

To see you there just makes my day
To fly with you and be on my way

God made you so very free
Humans have so many cares

But when my spirit is set free
I'll be like you, oh don't you see
