Our world is so full of both joy and strife
And deals this at random to each of our lives
Like games of pure chance we are dealt these cards
That may bring us smiles or many dark hours
We must, if we’re wise, handle each day that comes
Living each day with our daughters and sons
For tomorrow is but a short deal away
But like a new deck is a mystery to play
So live in this moment, don’t let it slip ‘way

Fantastic, indeed it is a fridge magnet keeper......
Let this coming of age story of a boy named Bean take you back to a simple time. Set in a small southern town in the 1960's, encircled by a river and gleaming white cotton fields.
