painted my little demons face today
all over red
blacked out eyes
goatee
transformation
looks good if I do say so myself
the soldier boy got a smudge
of black under the eyes
and the angel
sprinkled herself with angel dust
ahhh
the one day
to play dressup
the one day
alls hallow eve
to don
the costume
and be an entirely different
entity
no one will know who you are
you dude are
Scary
all the time I’m thinking
how’re we ever gonna get this shit off
but the demon is happy
the soldier was smiling
and the angel is beautiful
now
what’d I do with my
playboy bunny ears
ha

The kids in New England have to wear lots of layers. No matter what the costume they look like Nanook.
