He Paved the Way

Beloved friend,

When Jesus died on Calvary

He bore your sins that you might live

But more than that, He paved the way

For you to pray directly to our Father, God!

“And in that day ye shall ask Me nothing.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever

Ye shall ask the Father in My name

He will give it you,” said Jesus

In John 16:23

So, dear friend, this is just a gentle reminder

That when you pray, you should

Petition God the Father

In the name of God the Son!

If perchance you’re stuck for words

Remember what’s written in Romans 8 verse 26:

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities;

For we know not what we should pray for as we ought;

But the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us

With groanings which cannot be uttered.”

Go to God with confidence,

in the name of Jesus!
