To pray or not to pray that was the question!

The benefits of praying far outweigh

The emptiness of not praying

And praying for what you “think” you want

May not necessarily be what God’s will is for you

So don’t be disappointed if the car or thing you prayed for

Does not suddenly materialize

‘Cause, after all, God knows what’s best for you.

And here’s what the Good Book has to say concerning prayer:

·        “If my people…will pray…I will heal their land…” 2 Chronicles 7:14

·        “The prayer of faith…will heal the sick… James 5:15

·        “…the peace of God…shall keep your hearts and minds…” Philippians 4:6,7

·        “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much…” James 5:16

·        “…and God granted him that which he requested…” 1 Chronicles 4:10,11

The thing about praying is that

It’s not for God’s benefit…but ours!

“My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord;

In the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee,

And will look up.”

Psalm 5:3
