Poem about my Dad.

I woke up crabby this morning
But, I couldn't understand why,
That's when the phone call came
All I could do, was cry.

Mom wanted to tell me
In person, not over the phone,
That you had died of a heart attack
While at a camp, instead of at home.

I had a hard day Dad
How will I ever get through this?
I remember all the good times we had
But, it's our late night talks, that I'll miss.

I'll always remember you, Dad
You'll always be in my heart,
I know that when I say my prayers
We'll never be too far apart.

My Dad died earlier this morning of a heart attack. My dad's always been a drinker and that was what killed him in the end. He was having pains in his chest and just kept partying. He fell asleep, woke up again, with pains in his chest and collapsed. His friends and wife, tried to revive him, but they couldn't get him to come back. He passed on, before the ambulance showed up. I'm going to miss him with every fiber of my being. :'o( :'o( :'o(
